Thank you for your interest in being a guest artist at one of our ArtWalks! To register, please complete BOTH of the forms below. Please note, your registration is not complete until payment is made via PayPal using the button below the “Artist Registration” form.
Registration is on a first come/first served basis until the ArtWalk is full or two-weeks prior to the event. All mediums and skill-levels are welcomed to register for this event. However, please note that this is strictly an event for artists. We will not accept registration from those wishing to sell mass produced, commercial items! Digitally reproduced items of original artwork are acceptable.
The cost for each art walks is $60. Please use the PayPal button BELOW THIS FORM to submit your payment!
Registered Guest Artists:
Set-up for the ArtWalk is the Thursday evening prior to the Artwalks from 5:00-8:00 PM. We ask that ALL guests set-up at this time. If you have small items you are hesitant to leave at Essex overnight, we request that you at-least find your spot and set-up any tables that might be needed on Thursday evening.
During Thursday set-up, artists may use the front entrance to unload. For Friday and Saturday, both lots on Essex will be closed to ALL artists at 4:30PM. You may use the entrance in the back of the building to unload after this time.
ALL artists should be set-up no later than 5:30PM on Friday. Any artists not set-up by that time will forfeit their space at the ArtWalk. No refunds will be given.
If you have registered for an ArtWalk, but are unable to attend, you may cancel up to two-weeks prior to the ArtWalk. Refunds will be determined on a per case basis.
